Okay, so Skylake i5 that can be overclocked and so is good value for money.
16GB RAM as only two DIMM slots on ITX boards, so best get more than 8GB in from the start.
250GB SSD. Get a bigger one or add a second SSD (or 2.5" 'laptop' HDD) for additional storage if you need. The case takes 2 x 2.5" drives with a big GPU installed.
Case limits PSU to SFX format.
The Scythe fan is only 12mm high so when added to the Samuel 17 cooler they are 57mm high, just under the 58mm total for that Raven case.

Non-overclocking motherboard but with a high-clocked already i7. The benefits of an i7 for gaming are very slim and rare though. So you could save a chunk of money by going for an i5-4690 or similar.
Also, you may not need or want a 980Ti. A 970 or 390 would be good for 1080 gaming.
PSU can come down a bit too, if GPU is changed to something slightly less powerful.
Afterthought - a 'blower' style card would probably be best for the Raven case, bit more noise but would help with heat. But some people have cards with aftermarket coolers in such cases. Something like:
