Small Footprint HTPC

Hey all could anybody Recommend a small footprint HTPC please i currently own a T8 Android box even though i love it brilliant little box. Not liking it as a PLEX client i prefer Windows. Nothing fancy just as a client for Kodi and PLEX home theatre. I know the Rasp pi is a good alternative but id really want to stay windows that i know best £200 budget Cheaper would be good but i can go up to £200

Intel NUC, it's about the size of a WDTV or less ie make a square with your middle fingers and thumbs in each hand and it's about that size... unless you have mahoosive hands.

Any Recommendations please. Will be playing BluRays from my Main HTPC which is my PLEX server from our bedroom to the TV downstairs. Android PLEX app just no good for home use so wanting to go back to windows. Don't want to be spending more then £200 with windows

I've got the same, and would definitely recommend it
