Hi all,

last year I made the move from console gaming and build myself a pc, with the following spec:

ryzen 3600
Radeon 5700xt (reference design, blower fan; I know these are much derided but I love the look of it and it’s not too noisy)
Corsair vengeance lpx 3200 2x8gb
ASUS b450 prime plus
Hyper 212 cooler
2 x intel 660p 1gb NVME (one in an m.2 slot, the other in pcie adaptor)
NZXT E650 power supply
ASUS pcie WiFi card
2 x Corsair 140mm fans I take
1 x120mm exhaust included with the fractal meshify c case

Paired with a 27” acer 1440p 144hz monitor (tn panel, not great looking!) and Logitech peripherals and i’ve been a happily gaming away in the box room. Only now it’s not a box room it’s a nursery, and the ‘don’t worry we’ll make space for a desk’ has changed to ‘can you store it away and set it up on the kitchen table’. Because I’m obviously going to have loads of free time with a toddler and a new born!

anyway, moan over and to the real question, I thought maybe I could salvage the core components and put them in a mini itx case. I saw the bit wit video on the silver stone sg13b and like the look of that but wonder if people could spec me on some ideas - I was planning on keeping the cpu, gpu, ram and nvme drive and WiFi card (unless the mobo has it included). it seems that the case can use a full size power supply but it kills the airflow to the cpu cooler, so I guess a sfx power supply would be better.

I will probably end up playing this on my oled 55l tv rather than a monitor, except in the rare occasion when I have a little more time.

any guidance on airflow, resusing components gratefully received...

thanks

nononame.

There isnt that many Mini ITX cases under £75 where a Reference 5700XT will fit. the SG13 isnt one of them though not by much if I read the specs right.

The SG13 should be (but check to make sure, dont take my word for it):
My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £226.66 (includes shipping: £11.70)

Hyper 212 wont fit, AMD stock cooler for the 3600 should if you still have it. Your existing fans wont fit in that case either, hence the 80mm fans specs. I have these fans, they are quiet.
