Small form factor PC build

I am looking to build a pc that would fit into a small case. Currently I am considering the case:

I have a gtx 970 which is 299mm in length but would need to purchase all other components such as ram processor and motherboard. Any suggestions and recommendations would be appreciated. I would also like an m.2 SSD.
I plan to use the system for gaming and programming. I also plan to do some light streaming in the future.
The budget is around £600-650.
I am aware that no ITX motherboards are available for the AM4 platform but I don't mind waiting for them to be released if Ryzen is better for the build than any of the intel options.

It's tough call with the rise in prices it seems for anything good, but for a now purchase this is something I've come up with that would be good, the i3 is unlocked, nice case with included power supply that should be enough, don't know what storage solutions you wanted, but to put you over budget I chose a good size 525gb m.2, if you don't need anything over 300gb then you can get a 275gb version of same m.2 which would take the price down by about £50.

I see you had sort of chosen a case, however a good 450w psu from like silverstone is over £40 meaning for something like the build above without going older would mean a 120gb ssd. If you want to wait around for what amd might offer, but still need something, then plenty of better itx intel setups for the money on the used market.

Thanks for the suggestion, I have a 750 GB ssd so a 120gb M.2 SSD would do fine for just putting the OS onto, maybe this could free up some of the budget towards a better processor?

If you can wait for mini itx boards for Ryzen then it may be worth the wait.

I thought that i3 was considered not such good value as an I5 is available for a few dollars more.
ryzen m-itx are out now , maybe not actually in e-tailers yet
