I'd say that is nice. Consider getting an SSD though, as it will give you more room in the case and will make the computer a lot snappier, which is so helpful for development (take it from a computer scientist!).
I guess it would dent the budget a bit, but I'd really consider getting a modular PSU.
From the pictures, the case doesn't look worlds apart from my TU200, I wouldn't dream of attempting a non-modular PSU in it!
I built a PC for the Mrs to work on in that case and I really like it but as just suggested you're going to want a modular PSU, its a tight case to work on, and if it was me id be looking at an aftermarket cooler on a 77W chip. I put a 45w quad in it and I wouldnt be happy with the stock blower. Also it will be fighting the PSU fan best thing is to have CPU fan blowing up into the PSU fan which will then exhaust the heat.
