Looking for a small form factor case with room for a 3 x 5.25 Icy Dock HDD Bay -

Although it's not got 5.25 bays to directly move the icydock over; if it's the hotswap / backplane functionality you're looking for specifically have you seen the Lian-li PC-Q25? Alternatively the PC-Q35 and remove the stock HDD caddy and replace the Icydock directly in.
