small gameing pc help

Hi guys so the other day I put my pc together and now a friend wants to get into the pc
Side of gameing but he is wanting something small to go in the liveing room to play on his
Tv so can't be to biig he has a budget of around £750 for the tower only and would give it ago
Building it him self but would also go for pre built the pc would only be used for gameing
And web browseing so if you guys could spec him something he's looking for the best he can get for
His money for game
