Small height speakers for Atmos?

Hi, I recently bought a Wharfedale DX2 5.1 system and a Denon AVR-X2800H receiver and am looking to upgrade this to 5.1.2 for Atmos. I want to do this by attaching upward firing speakers to either the front or surround speakers, but the only speakers of this type that I've found are much bigger than my Wharfedale speakers which are only 120 x 122 mm. Is anyone aware of any smaller height speakers which would be closer to this size?

Failing that, I'm considering buying a pair of small satellite speakers and 3D printing something to attach them at the right angle - is there any reason this wouldn't work?

I'd rather not mount any speakers on the ceiling so upward firing speakers seem to be the only option. Is there anything I'm missing or another way to do this?

I've got a pair of Dali Alteco that do the job very well. They're wall mountable and aren't that much bigger that my other surrounds, which are Q Acoustic i7000.

I suppose I could've used another pair of i7000 and angled them downward. That would've worked just as well.

Most atmos upfirers are quite big usually 3" driver and 3/4" treble, that in the cabinet means it'll be a fair size. They also need to be fairly decent output as they're reflecting the sound so that'll lose a few dB over regular speakers.

You could buy bigger speakers then use your DX speakers on the wall as high as possible. I wouldn't bodge up a system just to go atmos.

Good point about losing some dB from reflecting.

I was going to try this with a spare pair of speakers from my Logitech Z906, so at least I can try it without spending anything.
