in second screen shot u can see that my cpu is overclocked but why vista tells me it at 2.44ghz ? is this normal ?

And most important think how i get rid of those pop ups about User Account Center it always pops up and asks allow or cancel.

Thank you for all help ;)

Ok, the applications running most likely got installed when you installed all the junk that comes on the motherboard CD. You don't need it, its probably not even useful, but its certainly not part of a base Vista install.

Secondly, the way Vista manages its RAM is different to XP, the usage will always appear quite high, but Vista will sacrafice RAM that is "in use" if other applications need it/request it.

Thirdly, your CPU level isn't high, its at 2%, pretty good for an idle CPU load. The small spikes are most likely the indexing service, especially seeing as your build is new, the indexing service will be doing a lot at present to index the drive.

As for your overclocked CPU speeds, they will fluctuate most likely due to you having EIST and C1E enabled in your BIOS (speedstep functions of the processor).

they are disabled and cpu level up was not in cd for motherboard drivers it came with vista

edit: and how to switch of those pop ups ? ;/

TweakUAC if you want to get rid of the popups, but not disable the security: http://www.tweak-uac.com/download/ (set UAC to silent mode)

Disable UAC if you want to get rid of the popups and the security: Control Panel > Search 'user' > Go into 'User Accounts' > 'Turn user account control on or off' > Untick 'Use user account control (UAC) to help protect your computer'

I have the same mobo as you psychas and the cpu level up is on mine (came on supplied mobo driver disc). It's basically there so that if you run some processor intensive applications it will oc your cpu for you then drop it back down when it's finished.
