i am after some advice bit of a strange problem. Currently got the below spec i have a problem with my R290x. For some reason while just sat in windows my R290x runs flat out likes its in game running 1150mhz and 1400mem and starts to hit 90c just sat in windows but its showing GPU Usage as 0%. Running MSI Afterburner Beta 17. I use this as i find it better than Asus Gpu Tweak as i get white pixels with it.. but this does not happen when i use this GPU Tweak? any ideas why everything is running max while in windows MSI Afterburner ?? i checked the settings with the guide on here and seems fine. Just does not throttle back at all just runs at 100% all the time
