Small LCD telly for a bedroom

Anybody got any recommendations? Something preferably HD, but also something cheap. If it's plenty cheap though HD can go as I'd like to just get something with at least a scart socket as my current TV doesn't even have that.

They're all pretty big though, mate. I was thinking more along the lines of 20" max... thanks though.
