Hi guys, I'm looking to build a small media server to replace my HP Micro Server that seems a little under powered now.

I have about £300-£400 to spend but I would like all the following.

micro-ITX with space for 2 x 3.5" HDDs.
motherboard with built in RAID.
preferably socket 1155 or 775.

I already have 2 x 2tb 3.5" HDDs which is why I need space for them, I also have a Q6600 CPU and 4GB of DDR2 RAM if they can be incorporated to save some money that would be great.

Any ideas on this one?

It's got Server 2008 on it and running iTunes to stream to 2 Apple TVs and Serviio to stream to my PS3. It all works but it gets a bit temperamental and needs rebooting regularly I also use it for file storage and things like that so I think it just needs a little upgrade.

I had a look online and found the following parts. What do you think?

Thermaltake Element Q case
Intel i3 2120
ASRock H67M-ITX H67 motherboard
8GB Corsair 1333MHz DDR3 RAM
Akasa CCE-7106HP CPU cooler
2 x 2TB HDDs

another option I thought of was...

Fractal Design Node 304 case
Be Quiet 430w PSU
Intel i3 2120 processor
8GB Corsair 1333MHz DDR3 RAM
ASUS P8H77-i motherboard

This would cost about £100 more than the above but still well within budget at about £320 total. This would also give better upgrade options as it can fit 6 3.5" HDDs as apposed to just two in the previous one. Plus I think the components are slightly better quality, ie case and motherboard.

Any thoughts?
