Small office build spec

I'm building a small system for work for an office, and was wondering if you could help me spec it. I'm mainly used to the higher end stuff

£300-400~

The smaller the better, and a 64GB ssd would be preferable over a hdd. It needs to support 3 monitors, but not for games, so a flex card would have to do. Monitors not needed, OS not needed. Also needs WiFi support and a dvd drive. Wasn't sure weather to go for an AMD build or an i3. I'm guessing an i3 would be better for desktop use with a dedicated card over an AMD APU + card?

The Gigabyte motherboard is mATX and the case only supports mITX motherboard also it doesn't have WiFi as OP requested

even though 4GB ram should be more than enough, i'd still have to get 8GB as it's only 6 quid more.

how am i supposed to fit the GPU and the wifi card in together with only a single PCi-e x1 slot?

also, does that card support 3 monitors without need of an active DP adapter?

the onboard GPU of the CPU supports 2 monitors. but check the motherboard specs to see what ports are available. any old thing would do to run the 3rd.
