Hi all,

I know you used to be able to get shuttle systems although I know nothing about them. Basically, I've a couple of hundred pounds to spend and I need to build the wife a PC. Small as possible is the challenge.

I already have monitor, keyboard & mouse, speakers and if needed, a decent normal sized 650w PSU.

Used for general internet and games like Sims 3 and rollercoaster 3 style games + music.

Can it be done? 2nd hand or new, not bothered really, I just want to be able to build it and leave it for a year before having to even think about doing anything with it.

Oh, and I have windows 7 32/64 bit.

For older games you might get away with a mini-itx ion build? Not quite sure how cheaply that can be done. Otherwise probably good to look at a micro atx socket 775 build if you're trying to stick to £200 or so.

Something like:

uATX 775 board £30
e5000 series pentium dual core £30
4GB DDR2 £40
3870/4850/9800GT £40
SATA HDD £20-30
DVD-RW £10
Coolermaster Elite 340 £30

If you bought most of it 2nd hand.
