Small problem

I've got the motherboard Asus p5q intel p45. I turned pc on this morning and all my settings have been reset in bois, I went to try overclock my CPU back to 3.4ghz put in bois its not letting me change the FSB anymore? Any ideas?

Other than the obvious - you have selected manual setting not auto before trying to change FSB?
Have you flashed bios or anything?

yea got it on manual, no not flashed bios..

Found out what the problem was the menu was not poping up when I asked to change it, needed to enter values manual, bit werid as it never did this when first got it...
