Small PSU needed for a RAID enclosure

I've recently bought this external enclosure and it's got a pretty loud PSU.

I don't know too much about PSUs, but i'm hoping i'll be able to replace it with a fanless PSU (I currently use a Seasonic one on my HTPC). I just don't know what this particular form factor is called.

The instructions don't really give any details other than "300W Full Range power supply" ...

Are you sure it is the PSU and not the enclosure fan?

Haven't confirmed it yet, but I'm pretty sure (I'll double check today though!)

It's probably the fan, I had a similar enclosure (2 bay) and the fan was the most noisy thing.

Okay, disconnected the 120mm and it seems you're right

I guess leaving it unplugged with 5+ drives in the enclosure is probably not such a great idea, so I think i might replace it with a Noctua!
