Morning all

I'm looking at building a small server for home use. Probably (to begin with) 2 drives - one for system files, one for data.

Not a clue which OS to use on it, as always licensing is a fun issue :(

I would like to go low-power and small-ish, so as not to break the power bill or take up silly space. I like the idea of say, an atom chipset, but don't know enough about them.

Intended use: File serving/centralisation, possibly a play exchange server, might do DHCP as well...

Very open to suggestions...
