Trying to solve a small network issue - probably very simple, just can't quite figure out what's wrong.
3 workstation computers on the same workgroup, A, B and C.
A contains most of the documents and has read only sharing with the other machines. I want a user on B to also have read AND write access to a specific folder on A. I've turned off simple file sharing and am trying to type in that specific machine and user into the permissions area of the sharing tab on machine A.
It's not recognising machine B, only the local users on A. What am I doing wrong here?
