Small Spec me for 2500K please

Please give me a spec for motherboard, CPU and RAM.

Want:
Z68 chipset (because it's the latest)
Two X16 lanes if possible ? (Because I want the option for decent CF/SLI
1600Mhz RAM with acceptable timings hopefully low profile to avoid HSF probs
PCI slot if possible so I can use my PCI Sound card (I know.. I know)

Come up with the main components below, went with 8gb ram and the ASRock offers PIC-E 3 & Ivy bridge support.

SLI & XFire will be at 8 x.

My concern is that the kingston ram is only 1.5v @ 1333mhz and not 1.5v @ 1600mhz.

Is the gigabyte board UEFI?
