Small Tablet PC?

Does anyone know of any Linux friendly, or embedded Linux small tablet PCs?

I'm looking for something with a 7-12" touch screen that's easy to handle.

£300 budget, I really don't need much CPU power. Something that can run X and browse the web will do nicely.

Nokia 700 / 800 series internet tablets. They are exactly as you describe.

Thanks, they look pretty decent. I need to be able to put a stripped down OS on it, hopefully possible. Its basically for a development project, all it needs to do is run 1 application on top of X. Will look into the Nokias though, look ideal.

My mate has one, its really good. It's a version of linux, can't recall what though. Really nice piece of kit.

Nokia line had android ported to them, so you may be able to put other things on there too, not entirely sure if you may need any non standard hardware for it. Google will answer that though. They are good fun though, got 810 myself.
