Small upgrade recommendations?

Hi guys finally up and running again with new HD :D. PC been fine finally no more high pitch noises or slow HD. Currently running:

P8Z68-V LX Mobo, Intel 2.8Ghz G840, 4GB DDR3, Nividia 7300 GT. Im looking to upgrade either the graphics card or RAM or even get a new case along with a sata dvd drive and a cpu cooler. Anyone know of any decent cases or graphics cards better than what i have now for around £50 or even cheap cpu coolers. Only the graphics card in the system at the moment is old but i aint sure whats better than the 7300 GT for around £50. I mainly play HD Movies on a HD Monitor and i play mainly old games like Need For Speed Underground 2 etc. Thanks.
 
Thanks a lot m8 i like that Cooler Master Elite 430 looks cool. Might get that as when i google my graphics card its £40+ so it will probs be better than most the cheap ones for around 30-50. Graphics card ive had for around 4/5 years came 2nd hand with a old system :D so i will probs grab a case & cpu cooler.

PSU is the 500w "80 Plus" Corsair
 
Ah thanks, 2 120mm LED fans should be good as the case im on at the moment has a 1x front, 1x side fan i get 31-33c max.
