small upgrade spec check plz!

Just about to put an order and in and would appreciate opinions if suitable. It will be running an sli, hence power supply, and will have some moderate clocking on the cpu

Not a hundred percent on the cooler, lots out of stock which would have been my 1st choice...

Yes it will, it will cope up to GTX570's in SLI and ATI 6950/70's in Crossfire.
