Small Upgrade

Looking to upgrade my 3/4 year old 939 system.

Will need Mobo, Ram, CPU and Cooler.

Looking to overclock a core 2 duo.

Any recommendations? Not really wanting to spend too much. £150 to £200 if at all possible!

Any other suggestions? Would it be worth going for a slightly better CPU for an extra £30 (an extra 0.4GHz)?

Would this be good for overclocking? OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2 (OCZ2G8004GK)
Not a lot extra but how does it compare to the Geil?
