Small Upgrade (Need help fast please)

I found out my budget is lower than I thought and I was thinking to upgrade my current PC, instead of buying a new one.

Any suggestions?

Specs:

CPU: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology EP45-DS3P
GFX Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
RAM: 4GB

I would like to see all available offers (Lower the price the better I guess), I use the PC for Gaming & I would like to increase my FPS in games, and be able to run them in higher detail.

Would also like to run BF3 on medium if I ever consider getting the game.

Note: I'm not experienced in building a whole new computer (i.e removing motherboard & changing everything)

Would I be able to get Medium 60+ fps on BF3?

And if I am right now getting around 40-50 fps in a game called Garry's Mod, would I be getting a lot more after this?

Edit

Just found out my card has nearly the same stats as this just much less memory? :S

740 MHz Core
1836 MHz Shaders
1100 MHz Memory
512 MBytes Memory Size
