Small UPS

A friend of mine is looking for some small UPS units for some advertising terminals he is running, so that if power is lost suddenly, he will not lose or corrupt data (which does suffer with at the moment) and it will shut down automatically.

I would suggest the normal APC units, but the space he has for them is very small, so he needs one no bigger than an XBOX360 PSU, but smaller if possible.

Does anyone know of any UPS about this size that also can connect through USB to shut down the PC?

UPS isn't any simple surge arrestor and noise filter but it needs battery, charger and inverter meaning also heatsinks so you really can't go much smaller than this.
