Small vista question

Personaly I do not see the problem in using your OEM for an upgrade motherboard for your own system (in my own opinion I don't agree with the rip of prices we have to pay compared to our USA of brothers/sisters) but if using for 2 computers a bit taking the mick and if he gets caught out you take your medicine, I think about that covers it.

the motherboard is the main part meaning thats the system.. by upgradeing the motherboard it means basicly a new system/computer... oem licenses can only be activated on 1 system/computer and can't be reactivated on another..

I don't agree with the rip off prices we have to pay for petrol compared to our friends in the states, but it doesn't mean I drive off without paying every other time.

IIRC, it has been recently suggested that the OFT (and EU?) should look at the validity of several companies' (including MS) EULAs.

However, until tested in Court, non-adherence to the EULA is, prima facie, a breach of contract.
