OK I have an old Acer Peripherasls (AirKey) keyboard.

It's been fine for me for years but having upgraded to a motherboard with no PS2 ports I'm in the market for something like my current KB but with USB support, now i know you can buy PS2/USB adapters (passive and otherwise) but having bought 4 of these over last few months and none working 100% i have to bite the bullet and move on to something new.

All i want from my keyboard is a small form factor keyboard (35cm x16cm, is current one) Black in colour and have a large return/enter button like you can see below, I have no need for a working mouse on the KB but it would be very cool to have backlit keys like the Logitech K810.

My main worry is to be able to get the KB to work before i get into the OS (win7 x64) I have contacted Logitech and they say it's no problem but i can't see how it would work, I want to spend as little as poss (like most of us) but i will go up to £100-£150 for the perfect keyboard, i have looked at things like Raidsonic KSK-3201RF but people say they are not great quality.

My current KB http://postimg.org/image/69nkaq1pv I know it needs a clean.

Thougn I don't know much about the stuff you're looking for, I'd think most relatively new products will be able to work perfectly in BIOS, wireless or not. Especially if the MB is fairly new, too.

My ASUS Z68 (so hardly fresh off the line) BIOS works perfectly with both wireless mice I've tried. They're both USB (one's bluetooth and the other has an RF reciever on the desk), so I can only imagine that any wireless USB keyboard would work fine, too. Do your research, of course, but just something to think about.

Thanks for that m8 i do have a BT mouse i'd like to use so that's good to know your BT one works fine, i just think my KB has had it's day now.
