Smaller case than a N54L?

Hi all

is there anything out there smaller(narrower) than a HP N54L that can hold around 4HDDs/DVD be passively cooled and powered by a Pico PSU?

Do you need a removable HDD trays?

If you do there is the U-NAS NSC-400 at 8.7L but no optical drive.

If no trays then the Cooltek/Jonsbo V6+ at 12.6L but again no optical drive.

There IS a case with 4 internal 3.5" bays and one slim optical bay that I cannot remember off the top of my head

The N54L is around 14.6L.
