hey everyone,

i want to put movie files on my pda. :)

does any one know of any software that i could use to shrink a file of resolution 576x320 down to say 320x240 or a bit less ?

and will this reduce filesize significantly?

sorry if i sound like a noob :confused:

What format does it want to be?

Divx converter has a standard setting that converts to handheld and mobile etc, im not sure what resolution it will be.

Nero is pretty good to but that only converts to mp4.

Probably not much help as your pda probably won't play either but oh well.

i was thinkng avi to avi,

im basically getting one of these 'MDA compact II' (Windows Mobile 5.0) PDA/Mobile things and it's got windows media player on it, as far as im aware. its actually coming tomoro but i thought and try and get a video ready tonight. i just assumed that as long i sorted any codec issues it'd be fine.

sod it, tomorow ill find out i guess :eek:
