I'm looking to buy a new case, but want the smallest case available for my current components.
I have a full size ATX motherboard, 3HDD, 2 optical drives (although I only need the one) and about three PCI cards installed.

Does anyone know the smallest available case I can use with the above?? Im sick of this huge lump of a thing stuck under my desk, I want something smaller and quieter.............................Thanks

Probably the super lanboy, although it is a tight squeeze with over 2 HDs.

May be worth looking at some from the lascala series although I dont know if your cards are full size.

You are limited to the size of the ATX specification, and the Lanboy is about as small as it can get while following the specification exactly.

If you changed the motherboard to a m-ATX board instantly a load of really small options pop up.

Would help to know what your current case is, if it is a full tower PC70 for example, virtually anything will be smaller :p

Dragons are large cases in the first place, the lanboy is much much smaller.

If you want to go to mATX then the TJ08 is worth looking at, as is a case like the Sugo.

Most cases have the total dimensions info in there specs, so anything smaller will be, obviously, smaller :D

I like the new small lian-li PC-V600 myself.

It does have a PSU plate mind, so it can be ideal for quickly moving it.

It is a small case though, so if you put the PSU at the top it is basically another v1000+, but maybe the v900 :p

The case looks as though it will work mind, will be interesting to get my hands on one :)

That Lian-Li V600 looks very attractive, is it out yet? I've only found a couple of reviews for it from earlier this year, and no stockists. Hopefully OcUK will have it soon, I wouldn't mind having a summer build with that.

The Lascala's are not really that small, just desktop based. Unless your looking at a mATX one or a ITX based one.

Also they take up a aful lot of space, unless your desk and setup are suited to a desktop based case.
