Smallest itx that can take..?

What the smallest itx cas that can take a sfx psu need to build a small rig but don't want a flex psu and don't need a gpu.

There are plenty around the 6L mark but what is your budget? The Velka 7 comes to mind as it's one of the more mainstream cases but it's $200.

Although I'm sure there are plenty of very similar cases on Chinese sites, if you're willing to go down that route.
