Is it Worth it?
I overclocked my system RAM by too much earlier and and to remove the CMOS battery in order to be able to get the machine to boot.
Anyway, I did some benching in 3DMark after setting my RAM back and a couple of other tweaks and that.
However, I forgot to enable the Smart Access Memory settings in the BIOS. So I did and then did one more bench only to find that the score went down!
If you read the blurb you get the hard sell and I was left thinking it is meant to be this great thing.
Wondering now if I should turn it off, unless in real world scenarios you see benefits where you wouldn't when benching perhaps?
CPU is a 5600 and GPU 6700
