You can get an electricity monitor for less than £20 if you want to know how much you're consuming btw..
Yep either whole house usage like a smart meter or individual plug monitoring.
I found the latter far more useful when working out the cost to run devices which don't have a constant power draw, like a computer for example that spends most of its time doing sod all and then bursts of high cpu usage.
I think a lot of people are shocked by how much lighting can cost despite it being pretty simple to work out, guess until they have a meter screen with a big red light they don't really think about it.
