I recently switched energy suppliers from Igloo to PFP Energy, and was happy to see that my old BG Smart Meter started working again - for the last week I've been able to see my energy usage, meter readings, etc on the monitor.
Yesterday the display on the monitor went blank, so I unplugged it from the mains and re-connected it. I got a message saying "Connecting to smart meter..." for a minute or so before the screen went blank again. It seems that the monitor won't reconnect with the smart meter.
The power LED on the smart meter is lit green. The other two LEDs are flashing alternately - HAN flashes green, then WAN flashes amber - they are never lit at the same time. I don't know if this is normal?
