Smart switch help

Not sure why every post I search colour code and diferent instructions and diagrams that don't match the UK cable colours.

Back of the smart swtich has only N, L and L1.

From the pic of the normal switch what would be the what's N, what's L and what's L1.

I am so confused still. Would be one one L1 because is only one light?

Just for curiosity, what a oneway smart switch would be used for?

At the moment I have one switch which does on and off. I thought one way meant the pressing it would turn on or off.

Guess even if it is smart I need two way and not one way

Without the grey cable fit somewhere the lights don't come up.

The led panel comes up but no lights on or off
