Using an SPV C550 happily for less than 12 months on Orange PAYG. I liked this phone because it enabled me to watch video while on my dinner break at work. Today however, the phone seems to be playing up! No sound in video or music files and when scrolling through my ringtones as well. My phone rings when someone calls.
I have been through the settings and it isn't muted as far as I can see as the profile is set to outdoors the text delivery is silent too
Anyone have similar problems or know of a fix?
