Smartphone / Wifi operated Thermostats and Radiator Valves

Does anyone have any experience of heating controls that can be adjusted and programmed from a PC/Smartphone?

I've got a 7 day 6 events per day British Gas digital thermostat at the moment but it's a complete PITA to program through the controller.

HEALTH WARNING: It isn't cheap, Honeywell also dabbled with smartphones & heating, but I think that was more USA than UK.
I haven't keep up to date with this interesting technology.
