smashed back of iphone 4

I do have insurance.

But I would rather try and fix myself

phone still works and camera works fine.

So where is best to buy the back of the phone, and is it easy to fix?

or just track down a black one

or stick it in a £1.50 case

Lol dident look on ebay was looking from companies as i dident want to trust something like this to ebay, but that said for under a 10er might be worth the risk

Yer i just looked on the Bay and might order a white one just for fun the daft thing is you could replace the back of the phone twice and have change from the price of a bumper.

The £10 ones on eBay are just the glass... If you buy this you will need to take the frame and lenses off your old back. As far as I'm aware, this will involve using a heat gun and lots of patience.... The £90 ones are literally plug and play (well unscrew two screws and replace).

Why not just use the insurance? Isn't situations just like this the reason that you are paying for insurance?

A guy at work has got a case which is like a transparent bumper style with a back - The back isn't transparent, it's exactly the same as the iPhone 4 itself. I didn't even realise it was the case when I looked at it.
