Well this happened last week, I dropped my I phone and the result was a small crack on the screen top right.

Really annoying but I could live with it. That is until today when I dropped it again and now the screen is completely smashed:mad:

Phone works fine so how much to get this repaired ? can it even be repaired ?

I bought the extra insurance when starting my contract for this very reason!
For example, if mine decides to jump off a building when the next gen is out and 3G is no longer available they will replace it with the new version. ;)

Good luck getting repair/new phone though :D
 
I have an appointment tomorrow at 11:45 wonder how much it will cost if it can be done ? and how long?

I should have taken cover with my contract, although it is covered on my house insurance would like to see how much to get fixed before I make a claim.
 
i think if you check egay you might find the part for about £50, you might beable to fix jus the glass?
 
Could you pop along to some Apple approved repair centre so you get the same quality repair at hopefully a fraction of the cost?

Saying that, I don't know if being an Apple approved place means they can repair everything Apple related.

Well I got a new one instead :D didn't like the idea of a refurb so just got a new one and sold the old one to one of those websites that buy unwanted phones for £95. Envelope will come Monday Tuesday then send it off and they send cheque for £95;) I have used them twice before with no trouble.

So me new phone cost me £255 in the end.
