I would suggest going to a professional glazing company and buying some of the soft coat glass cleaner that they use for cleaning soft coat glazing. This stuff will remove almost any residue without damaging surface coatings.

This may sound silly but you cant use window cleaner on plasma screens? what cleaner would you use?

I've only ever used water on the cloth that came with it, and a very similar cloth I got with an equally shiny electrical device to dry it immediately!

That's right, basically you don't use any cleaner (unless you can find one specifically for those screens) and just use tepid water and a good quality microfibre cloth.
