Smelling Ammonia/Cats Pee After Excercise

This is a strange one as I have never heard of it. But since exercising and I breath in through my nose (generally worse indoors) I smell ammonia or Cats Pee.

Now I done a few searches and got answers on the net from my Kidneys are failing to its very normal

Can anyone shed some light?
