Smiles and practicality for £4-£5k?

I've been in a similar predicament. The cars I've narrowed it down to:

Octavia vRS (as mentioned very difficult to find low mileage example within your budget)
Seat Leon Sport TSI mk2 (FR and cupra models too expensive for budget)
Accord type r?, could argue it look a bit dated though
Mazda 3/6 mps (just prepare yourself for the yearly tax)
 
E46 330ci
Subaru Impreza?
Honda Accord Type S 2.4, or 2L sport (If you're lucky to find a low mileage car)

Trying to think of a wild card, but can't think of anything :/
