I went and seen this to-night and was thinking its was just going to be another shoot-up. But it was great! the story and the way presented was just top quality.

Anyone else seen this?

sweet sounds good.. im off to see it tomorrow night!

I really wanted to go and see this film - it looked absolutely awesome! But then it turns out it's an 18. I guess I'll just have to wait until it comes out on DVD.

i saw it last night aswell, i thought it was excellent aswell, thought that the bad reviews on rotten tomatoes were a bit unjust! lots of twists and changes, i would recommend that this film is a worthwhile visit to the cinema

You see the bit where the dude got the chainsaw? Fear the pain

It's got Piven in it, who has now acquired legendary status from me for his role in Entourage. :D

Gonna see it on Wednesday.

Never seen entourage, but I liked him in Black Hawk Down, even though he got killed early on.

Saw it last night...was ok. Above average. Could have been so much better. More of Piven would have been fantastic..always been a fave of mine, doubly so since Entourage. Film was a bit choppy. 6/10.

How was Alicia Keys' performance? I'm yet to see it but do know it was her first movie role.

Not bad at all, very solid in fact. Jason Bateman stole the show for me though :D

Hmmm was wanting to see this on sat night but my mate decided we would watch night at the museum which wasnt that bad.

Might go and catch this later this week, i heard Ryan Reynolds is in it..the dude from Van Wilder and Blade 3??. I quite like him and his comedy roles that he does.

Actually I did not like it that much. I can see what they were trying to do with the movie, but for some reason it just lacked a little bit of coherancy (sp?), and tried to cram too many storylines into it for it to be enjoyable.

(spoiler!)

Yeah, I thought the same. Watchable but it could've been better. The storyline with the bloke who has no/a few fingers who kills the fascist guy at the end was kind of pointless as it had nothing to do with Buddy Aces whatsoever.
