In my continuing "attempt" to live healthier I've stumbled across the idea of a smoothie maker,
however I know nothing about them apart from you stick fruit in them and drink the results.
My plan Is to ditch Fizzy drinks such as Pepsi ect.
so: If i pop 2 banana's into a smoothie maker will the result taste simular to a banana milk shake?
same with strawberry's or apples i guess?
Does anyone have any smoothie maker tips ? lol...
PS- would drinking smoothie drinks made from fruit actualy be all that healthy?
