SMP collection and assignment servers down?

The SMP collection and assignment servers seem to be down at the moment. I've got three clients unable to pick up new work, one of them also unable to upload, and I'll have a fourth in half-an-hour.

Yes, 171.64.122.76 isn't* accepting completed WUs. I've got two waiting to go to it. 171.64.65.64 seems okay however.

* possibply "wasn't" as it's shown as 'accepting'. We'll see at around 23:00 when my two WUs should try to upload again. I might be asleep though...
