The SMP server is back up again

I figured this might be better off out where people can see it more easily rather than hidden in the news post.

The server is still heavily loaded (as would be expected after an outage) so we'll have to keep watch on it I guess

Thanks for the heads up Rich, I had missed Cobs post in the news.

Will just finish off the last 5% of this 2125 and switch back to SMP.
