SMS notifications - O2 URL

I have a new bit of kit, a NAS box, which sends alerts out in the form of SMS messages should anything go wrong.

It is asking me for the following.

SMS service provider -
URL -

I have a contract with 02 which included free Text messages. Does anyone know what the URL is for O2, and if this will actually be free to use ?

You'll have to phone O2 and ask. If they are willing to give you one it will be personalised, similar to an email address. They are usually something like [email protected]ever.

What's the make/model? Did you google / read the instructions on how to set this up? It might be after an SMS-gateway system rather than the old school email SMS fwd which dbmzk1 is suggesting.
