SMTP Errors with Virgin Media

Just been upgraded

to BB XL, and since the modem was rebooted, i cannot send or recieve email from NTLworld. I am getting:

ntlworld.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 you are not allowed to send mail to

when sending, and my POP connector has not been able to connect since 19:30 tonight, Coincidence or balls up

Help:

Cant get into webmail, is this all linked to their national email outage ???

Now cant get into the webmail or account manager site, getting very very annoyed.

If they say they have a national email outage i'll take a stab in the dark and assume you not being able to get your email to work is probably related

but their outage started yesterday, my problem started after a modem reboot to get the new package

Oh Well found out they deleted my account when they upgraded me, how blooming stupid is that. Now i am chasing them to get my account back and working.
