SMTPSVC, W3VC and Browser warnings

In my event viewer, I have SMTPSVC, W3VC and Browser warnings all within the space of a couple of hours. They are listed below.I am running Win XP SP2 and have Kaspersky Internet Suit if that makes any difference (maybe firewall issue?).

Description:

Also, around this same time I got a COM Surrogate error. Details below:
