Smugmug alernatives please

Hello everyone, can anyone recommend an alternative to Smugmug? Its now £45 for Basic level.

I would like something add free, good viewing controls, good layout options and no more than £25 a year

Really? Wow. I know my subs jacked up. perhaps that was to pay for the cost of buying out Flickr.
